Account Owner - Each Exceed account has one Account Owner. The Account Owner has unrestricted access in Exceed as well as access to a Billing tab for account management.
Account Settings - The Account Settings page allows any Unrestricted Administrator to configure a number of account-wide or organizational properties. You can think of this page as a sort of "mission control center" since changes you make here impact every user in your account.
Action Links Action links let unrestricted admin automate topic follows, activity and event enrollments, and set group memberships or user attributes through links customized for your audiences.
Activity - Activities are the core learning components of the system - Pages, Assessments, and E-learning. They offer a flexible range of options for presenting learning content to users. Our open asset approach makes it easy to mix and match a wide variety learning components.
Activity Code - You may assign a unique code to the activity. Since more than one activity can have the same title, the code differentiates every activity in the catalog, ensuring there's a unique identifier that can be used to specify the activity.
Activity Cover Art - This image displays on the activity card when a student browses the catalog. Exceed supports JPG, PNG and GIF image types.
Activity Enrollment - An Enrollment is a record of user engagement with the activities in your catalog. Enrollments are created when users access activities through your catalog or by administrators when you assign activities to learners either manually or via automation.
Activity Prerequisite - A content property that allows an administrator to require that another activity or activities be completed before a user has access.

Assessment - Assessments are an Activity type designed to help you follow up with learners to check their knowledge, evaluate their performance, or rate their learning experience.
Assessment Actions - The Actions tab in Assessments gives you the power to you create automatic Activity enrollments based on learner performance on an Assessment. You can create an Action dependent on how a learner scores within specific Question Pools of an Assessment or based on the overall Assessment score. You can create multiple Actions on an Assessment and reuse Activities, if needed.
Audit Log - The Audit Log or System Log displays a running list of scheduled procedures and tasks that have been or will be completed. This information allows any Unrestricted Administrators in your account to determine whether critical jobs, including imports and integrations, were successfully run to completion.
Auto Enrollment - Auto-enrollments allow you to use one or more groups or the selection of the entire company to assign an activity. Once implemented, all users that apply will be enrolled in the activity that evening. Then, moving forward, each new user who meets the criteria will be enrolled in the activity. This is the preferred method of enrollment as there's no need to keep up with manually enrolling new users!
Automatic Membership Group - Allows you to set filters through commonly used system attributes that automatically pulls new or existing users who meet those criteria into the group. Note: only unrestricted administrators may create groups.
Award - Sometimes known as certificates, microdegrees or certifications, Awards are a tangible reward that Students can earn by completing an activity in the Intellum platform. Awards give you the ability to define image-based templates for as many different award types as you like, and select them from any activity.
Award Template - Award Templates are HTML-based backgrounds or boarders that can be used when creating new awards.
Award Celebration Type - You may choose an animated confetti or firework effect that displays after a user completes an activity and the award is presented on screen.
