Evolve has a course settings menu where you can perform additional actions with your courses, such as translations. To add a new language version to your course, you just need to export the course as a file using this link, send it to your translation partner or service, and once it's returned, use the plus symbol next to the translations heading to create your new language version. A list of all translated languages will be seen on this page , and you'll be able to switch between them when you are viewing the course using the preview function. When you go to the preview, a language picker is visible in the top left corner and you can select the language you wish to view from the drop-down list.

The Course Settings menu also gives you access to change the course name, and to customize the options for course navigation. In here, you can change certain settings such as enabling or disabling the course outline, and enabling or disabling footer navigation, which are the buttons that appear at the bottom of each page when you have a multiple-page course. Here, you can also turn on or off the scroll progress bar which appears at the top of every page.

The Assessment tab allows you to turn on Assessment Scoring, which gives the learner a score once they have answered all questions within the course. You can set your own passing score, and allow multiple or infinite attempts for the assessment.

Once your course has been created, reviewed, tested, and you're ready to make it live. You can select the Publish button in the main menu, choose the format you wish to publish to, and then the Export button. Your file will be downloaded to your computer so you can publish it directly to your learning platform.
